Catchup
‘Catchup’ is a community of people from all over Australia who have struggled with mental health battles or are craving meaningful connections and positive experiences. It is an online platform with organised events aimed at breaching gaps and breaking stigmas in the non-crisis mental health realm
The aim is for people to feel connection to others who may have experienced similar struggles and break the stigma around mental health experiences, allowing people to open up and share the load with others. Community members will be able to find a meetup near them and take a break from the realities and share with people who get it.
