‘Seasick’ is a series of posters that was created for the not-for-profit organisation called ‘Take 3 For the Sea’ which aims to inform people about how their actions can impact the environment with their 3 core actions; Take 3 pieces of rubbish, Take 3 actions, and Take 3 people. My series of artworks aims to educate the audience on how pollution has become a norm within society and the sea. By merging sea creatures with everyday rubbish, it blurs the lines between nature and man-made. This highlights how discarded materials are becoming a part of marine environments and encouraging the audience to reconsider their actions and the importance of protecting the ocean.
