The Poison Beneath
With nuclear power comes nuclear waste, and with a half-life of over 10,000 years how do we inform the people of the future about the dangers of nuclear waste?
My project explores the idea of nuclear semiotics in the form of a futureproof monument; designed to stand on the surface above nuclear waste repositories to ward off future civilisation from exposing irradiated waste to them and their surrounding environment.
